Dear all, We recently sold an apartment in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria employing Collins Estates as our agent. We felt very comfortable with them and confident that they will protect our interest in the best possible way. Daniela and Ben Collins kept us updated through the whole process of the re-sale. The Bulgarian solicitor Daniela Collins prepared all our documents including Power of attorney documents, instructed us how to verify them properly in the Bulgarian Embassy and drafted final Title Deed for the re-sale. It was not even necessary to go to Bulgaria for the completion of the Notary transfer in the name of the new owners. We managed to complete everything on distance and receive our money on the day it was arranged. We will not hesitate to recommend Collins Estates to anybody who is contemplating selling or buying and wish them all the continued success.
