Dear all, we have recently sold our House in the village of Kosharitza in Bulgaria with Collins Estates. We are writing this letter of recommendation to say thank you to Ben Collins & Daniela Collins who helped us to sell the house. They have been very helpful and professional and we are really happy with their services. Daniela Collins who is a qualified Bulgarian solicitor has helped us to obtain all necessary documents for the sale. It took some time because the Cadastre agency made some changes in the old plans but the most important is that we managed to sort everything out eventually. We met the new owners and we are happy that the house has gone into such good young couple.
