We recently bought a 2 bedroom re-sale apartment in a complex Nessebar Fort Club in Bulgaria from Collins Estates and we are really happy with the choice we have made. We actually found them on internet and decided to go ahead with them firstly because they seemed to us trustworthy, answering in time all questions we asked them and last but not least they offered a great choice of re-sale properties at very low prices. We have transferred a deposit in December to book the property and came at the end of January for a long weekend to complete the deal. We were amazed how organized everything was. Daniela and Ben Collins met us at the airport at Friday afternoon and till the end of the working day we managed to complete the deal in the Notary public’s office in Nessebar. We enjoyed our weekend in our new holiday home and spent a nice time with Collins’ family.
