My wife and myself where looking to sale both our apartments in sunnybeach and collins estates came recommend by our mutual friend Mario who owns restaurant zero (worth a visit) this was in early July 2022 and after first meeting we instantly not only knew but felt totally at ease choosing danellia and ben to resale our properties,they did everything they said to us and whole lot more and had viewings while we where still there ,the prices they said at the meetings was exactly what we received and requested Collins estates gave us peace of mind with resales and tookall the burden of our shoulders and some, they actually sold both apartments by mid-august and transfers of payments made promptly to our chosen account, we cant thank both danellia and ben enough for their upfront honesty from initial meeting to sales ,and still keep in touch with both of them, we sincerely recommend Collins estates for both selling or buying properties and wish them every success for the future .
