The Bulgarian solicitor Daniela Collins prepared all our documents including Power of attorney documents, instructed us how to verify them properly in the Bulgarian Embassy and drafted final Title Deed for the re-sale. It was not even necessary to go to Bulgaria for the completion of the Notary transfer in the name of the new owners. We managed to complete everything on distance and receive our money on the day it was arranged.
