We decided to go ahead with them and offer our apartment for sale to their clients. They found a client for our property and prepared all necessary documents for the re-sale. It has been good experience for us and even that we have sold our property we still would like to go back to Bulgaria and spend a week or two there Collins Estates has been very helpful to us and we know that if we need any assistance in the future they will be there for us.
