We are extremely grateful for Ben, (English) & Danielle Collins of Collins Estate agents in Sunny Beach. Danielle is also a Bulgarian born solicitor and overseeing all the other Solicitors within the company This Husband and Wife team lead a most professional team. What a service. Ben dealt with looking and finding the kind of property we were looking for and the viewings! HE ALWAYS, makes sure we get a reduce price Danielle through out COVID-19 kept working throughout and telephoned andEmailed me ever bit of new information or progress at each stages, she dealt with all nortary court paper’s even driving 5 hrs to Sofia where I was. As there was no flight down to the coast, Danielle Collins Solicitor, is a real work horse, like Ben and the rest of their team too. We’ve had a bad experiences with other estate agents over the last few years started as far back as 1999 as well as with our other purchase, police solicitor I wouldn’t trust any of the others as far as I could throw them IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRULY UNIQUE COMPANY IN SUNNY BEACH BULGARIA. Collins Estate agents is the only people I would trust. I can’t thank them enough. They consider everything even as in April of this year 2021 we arrived middle of the night and during restrictions of lock down in Bulgaria and the UK. Danielle had already booked us a taxi from the airport to our newly purchased family apartment in St Valas, She (Danielle) had put the essentials in the fridge. Made up the bed, turned up the heating, this is the care they provided and as well as the most trusted company in Bulgaria. Please, if you are considering buying or selling properties, like I have since 1999 then don’t go anywhere else THAN COLLINS ESTATE AGENTS IN SUNNY BEACH BULGARIA. .
