I sold my apartment in Bulgaria recently.  I read all reviews from different  real estate agents and decided to go with Collins Estate.
I did not regret this decision as the process from beginning to end was stress-free . I was concerned that the language barrier would present a problem. I need not have worried as Daniela's english was very good. I was kept informed every step of the way. The sale was completed quickly and the money in my bank exactly on the date stated.

When we decided to sell our property in Bulgaria we had a lot of worries and concerns with regards to the sale, the legalities and all of the red tape that can come along with the sale of property.
